While we follow a structured process to ensure efficiency and consistency, our services are designed with flexibility in mind. Submitting your first service request means you have successfully completed the membership process, selected the service package that best fits your needs, and paid all applicable fees to Anna Ari Personal Assistants. Vendor charges for goods or services are separate and are the responsibility of the member.
Your service Access:
Tier 1 and Tier 2 Members: Monday through Saturday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Tier 3 Members: Monday through Saturday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM though 2:00 AM
Monthly Services:
Tier 1 Membership: Up to 5 service requests per month
Tier 2 Membership: Up to 10 service requests per month
Tier 3 Membership: Up to 20 service requests per month
Because your service request fees have already been prepaid as part of your membership, the only additional costs you are responsible for are any fees charged by your selected vendor(s).
How to Submit Your First Service Request:
Submit Your Request: Email your service details at least 2 hours prior to your desired start time to allow for review and approval.
Receive Confirmation: Wait for confirmation from our team before proceeding.
Place Your Order: Schedule and pay directly with your chosen vendor. Please ensure your order will be ready at the scheduled service time.
