When using our services, you can expect to be treated with professionalism and respect. Our team is committed to ensuring your items are handled with care and delivered securely and in a timely manner.

Members are welcome to contact Anna Ari Personal Assistants during normal business hours to submit service requests.  While our primary services include food (restaurant) pickup, grocery pickup, prescription pickup, and dry-cleaning pickup and delivery, we may also be able to assist with custom requests when available.

Because Anna Ari Personal Assistants operates in a fast-paced service environment, it is important that we review our service guidelines and expectations (Terms and Conditions) with our members.  These guidelines help ensure we are able to consistently provide the high level of service and reliability that our members expect. 

Faith-Based Business Statement

Anna Ari Personal Assistants, LLC is a faith-based, Christian-owned business. Our company values are rooted in our Christian beliefs, and from time to time our communications, language, or expressions of gratitude may reference our faith, including the name of Jesus Christ.

By choosing to use our services, members acknowledge and respect that Anna Ari Personal Assistants operates as a Christian business and that references to our faith may be present in our communications, company materials, or interactions. While we strive to serve all members with professionalism, respect, and kindness, references to our faith are an important part of our company's identity and will not be removed from our language.

Acceptance of Member Guidelines

By submitting a membership application, paying membership or service fees, or requesting services from Anna Ari Personal Assistants, LLC, members acknowledge and agree to comply with the guidelines, expectations, and policies outlined herein.

Members Expectations:

Getting Started

Before services can begin, individuals must complete the following steps:

The following service packages are currently available:

Tier 1 and Tier 2 services are available Monday through Friday between 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST.

Tier 3 services are available Monday through Friday between 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM - 2:00 AM EST.

Service requests are prepaid for the duration of the 12-month membership period based on the selected service package.

Members may upgrade their service package at any time; however, the upgraded package will begin the following month and will not change the original membership renewal date.

Service package downgrades may only be made at the time of the annual membership renewal.

Upon completion of the membership form and payment of all applicable fees owed to Anna Ari Personal Assistants, members will receive a confirmation email containing their membership number. Vendor charges for goods or services are separate and are the responsibility of the member.

Members should keep their membership number confidential, as it serves as the member's authorization and confirmation for completed services.

If a member believes their membership number has been compromised, they should immediately contact Anna Ari Personal Assistants by phone.

Members may begin submitting service requests 24 hours after their membership form has been submitted, all applicable fees owed to Anna Ari Personal Assistants have been paid, and their confirmation email has been received.

Submitting Service Requests

Service requests must be submitted at least two (2) hours prior to the requested service start time by either:

Each location, vendor, and service, is considered one individual service request.

Once your request has been received, our team will confirm the request via text message. If you prefer a different method of confirmation, please notify us in advance so we may accommodate your preference when possible.

If you have not received confirmation of your service request within 30 minutes during normal business hours, please send a text message including your membership number and a brief message such as "No response." While we do not anticipate this occurring, we maintain this process in case of temporary issues with our phone or email systems.

Service requests can only be confirmed by the management team at Anna Ari Personal Assistants.

If a service request is initially confirmed by the management team but later determined to include multiple service requests, the additional services will either:

If Anna Ari Personal Assistants is unable to collect payment through the member's service balance, the member will be required to pay for the additional services immediately.

Service Request Details 

Service requests must include all relevant information, including:

Members are responsible for ensuring all information is accurate and complete.  

Members are responsible for ensuring that all delivery locations are authorized for deliveries, accessible at the scheduled delivery time, and that the member has permission to use that location for delivery services.  

Anna Ari Personal Assistants is not responsible for failed deliveries due to restricted access, security policies, or locations where the member does not have authorization to receive deliveries.

Services cancelled due to insufficient or incorrect information provided by the member will still count toward the member's service balance.

Service Cancellations

If you need to cancel a service request, cancellations must be made at least (1) hour prior to the scheduled service time.

If a cancellation is made within less than (1) hour of the scheduled service, the service will still be counted as a completed service for the month.

Service Usage

Unused service requests do not roll over to future months.

Delivery Refusal Policy and Recipient Unavailability

Members or recipients may choose to refuse a delivery. If a delivery is refused at the time of drop-off, the service request will still be considered completed and deducted from the member's service balance.

If a delivery is refused, Anna Ari Personal Assistants will make reasonable efforts to contact the member for further instructions. If the member cannot be reached within a reasonable time frame, the personal assistant may proceed with one of the following actions depending on the circumstances:

Anna Ari Personal Assistants is not responsible for vendor refund policies, replacement items, or costs associated with refused deliveries.

Any additional service required due to a refused delivery, including return trips or alternative delivery locations, may be counted as an additional service request.

If a recipient is unavailable at the delivery location, the service will still be considered completed.

Delivery Completion and Responsibility

Once a delivery has been completed at the requested delivery location and the items have been transferred to the recipient or placed at the designated location, the service will be considered successfully completed.

Anna Ari Personal Assistants is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery has been completed. 

Members are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is secure and that items can be received promptly upon delivery.

If a member requests that items be left unattended or delivered to a location where the recipient is not present, the member assumes full responsibility for the security and integrity of those items once the delivery has been completed. 

Vendor Coordination

As a best practice, members should schedule vendor services only after receiving confirmation of the service request from the management team at Anna Ari Personal Assistants.

Unless otherwise noted, orders submitted by members should not exceed a total weight of 20 pounds. Additional restrictions may apply depending on the nature of the service request and service availability.

Members should confirm with vendors that third-party pickup is permitted. Anna Ari Personal Assistants is not responsible for services that cannot be completed due to vendor policies that prohibit third-party pickups.

Members must provide vendors with any information necessary for Anna Ari Personal Assistants to successfully complete the pickup, such as the pickup name associated with the order. 

When providing a pickup name to a vendor, members should use the business name, "Anna Ari Personal Assistants", rather than the name of the individual personal assistant completing the pickup. This helps ensure vendors can easily identify orders and prevent delays during pickups.

If a vendor requires specific pickup instructions, order numbers, or identification, members must provide that information when submitting the service request.

Vendor Order Readiness

Members are responsible for ensuring that orders with vendors are fully paid for and ready for pickup at the scheduled service time.

Anna Ari Personal Assistants provides a 10-minute wait period for order pickups. If the order is not ready within this time frame, the service may be cancelled, and the request will still be counted as a completed service for the month.

Because Anna Ari Personal Assistants operates as both a delivery service and personal assistant service, we will make every reasonable effort to leave with your order. However, there may be circumstances where we must adhere strictly to our 10-minute wait policy in order to maintain service schedules for all members.

Order Accuracy and Vendor Responsibility

To maintain proper handling and avoid potential food contamination or tampering concerns, Anna Ari Personal Assistants does not inspect or open food bags or sealed packages.

While we will make every effort to ensure vendors provide the items associated with your order, Anna Ari Personal Assistants is not responsible for vendor-related issues, including but not limited to:

If you experience any issues with your order, we kindly ask that you contact the vendor directly.

To help protect the integrity of members' orders, Anna Ari Personal Assistants may seal food bags using a tamper-evident seal or packaging when possible. When applicable, we will also provide members with a photo confirmation of the sealed order before it enters our vehicle. This process helps provide transparency and reassurance that the order was sealed and undisturbed at the time of pickup. 

Payment Responsibilities 

All services provided by Anna Ari Personal Assistants are paid in advance by the member through their selected service package.

If Anna Ari Personal Assistants incurs any fees related to a member's request, the member will be responsible for reimbursing those fees immediately.

Failure to pay outstanding balances may result in membership cancellation, and fees will not be refunded.

Service Limitations

Anna Ari Personal Assistants only provides delivery services from family-friendly businesses, defined as businesses that permit children to enter the establishment.

While we strive to accommodate all vendors selected by our members, services may be cancelled if a vendor proves difficult to coordinate with or does not cooperate with our service process. Members may reschedule the service with a different vendor; however, the original service request will still be deducted from the member's service balance.

Circumstances Beyond Our Control

Anna Ari Personal Assistants is not responsible for services that must be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, safety concerns, and vendor closures.

In such situations, we will make every effort to reschedule the service for another day when conditions permit. 

Anna Ari Personal Assistants is not responsible for reimbursing vendor fees or charges related to cancelled services caused by these circumstances.

Dispute Resolution/Mediation

In the event of any dispute, claim, or disagreement arising out of or relating to the services provided by Anna Ari Personal Assistants, LLC, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith communication.

If the matter cannot be resolved through direct communication, the parties agree to participate in mediation before filing any legal claim. 

The mediation shall take place in the State of North Carolina and will be conducted by a mutually agreed-upon mediator. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless otherwise determined during mediation.
